2022 Summer Arts Program Policies

Cancellation Policy

Prior to May 1, 2022, you may cancel enrollment in the Summer Arts Program and receive a full refund of the session fee, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

After May 1st, requests for cancellations or schedule changes will be at the discretion of Newburyport Montessori School. We will not be able to offer refunds, however credit toward another week of the program or the 2022-2023 school year will be considered, but not guaranteed.

The Newburyport Montessori School and its officers and directors shall not be held liable for failure of, hinder, suspension or delay in performing its obligations to the responsible party and student(s) if such failure, hindrance, suspension or delay is the result of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction or closure order, blockage, embargo, pandemics or epidemics, an act of God (such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster), or other causes beyond the control of the Newburyport Montessori School.

Program Change Policy

Prior to May 1, 2022, you may make changes to your child’s program registration for a $20 change fee. 

After May 1st, you may change your child’s program to one of equal or higher value.  There will be a $20 Change Fee.

You may register for additional programming at any time, and will not incur a change fee.

 

Program Discounts

At this time, we do not offer sibling discounts or financial assistance for the Summer Arts Program.
