I love the Montessori pedagogy and how it is child-centered, promotes independence, and supports self-directed activity and hands-on learning. I like how children can learn at their own pace within a nurturing, prepared environment that is structured and organized.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, listening to an audiobook, and gardening.
